We’re proud to announce that Jeff Copeland, one of our dedicated Superintendents, has been named Employee of the Quarter for Q1 2025. Since joining G.L. Bruno, Jeff has quickly made an impact with his work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence on the UCP+ Central Valley Remodel Project, where he is serving as the Superintendent.
Jeff’s attention to detail, proactive communication, and steady leadership in the field have earned the respect of both his teammates and project partners. Whether managing tight timelines or coordinating multiple subcontractors, Jeff consistently shows up ready to lead by example — never losing sight of the bigger picture or the people around him.
When asked which of G.L. Bruno’s core values resonates most with him, Jeff didn’t hesitate:
“Leadership by Example.”
“I believe it’s important to lead by example because if you’re not doing your job, how can you expect others to do theirs?” he shared.
Jeff’s project not only runs efficiently, but it also reflects a jobsite culture rooted in professionalism and mutual respect — a direct reflection of his leadership style.
