His ability to manage complex projects while supporting clients, subcontractors, and team members reflects the dedication and professionalism that embody G. L. Bruno’s core values.
Although Tim manages only three projects on paper, the true scope of his workload is far greater: over $32M in revenue, 82 subcontractors, 106 active changes, and nearly 1,000 scheduled tasks. Despite the complexity and demands, he consistently takes initiative in managing projects, addressing challenges, and coordinating resources to keep work progressing smoothly.
His ability to lead, stay accountable, support others, and maintain a positive attitude under such demanding conditions exemplifies our core values and makes him highly deserving of Employee of the Quarter recognition.
