Celebrating Cindy Letson!
G. L. Bruno is proud to recognize Cindy Letson as our most current Employee of the Quarter. Cindy plays an important role at GLB through her work in HR and Property Management, and she consistently demonstrates what it means to lead with dedication, accountability, and consideration for the people around her.
Over the last several months, Cindy has dedicated countless hours supporting important internal process improvements that will benefit both the company and our employees. Through her efforts, GLB has been able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the way we manage employee programs and internal systems.
Cindy has also taken the lead on a major payroll and compliance system transition that will help improve reporting, tracking, and overall workflow across multiple areas of the company. This has been an extensive process requiring many early mornings, late nights, patience, and commitment, all while Cindy has continued to maintain professionalism, positivity, and leadership both internally and externally.
We also appreciate the way Cindy aligns with our company values. Cindy was nominated for her Strong Work Ethic, Accountability, and Relationship Focus, all of which have been evident through the time, effort, and leadership she has put into these important company initiatives.
Cindy’s favorite core value is: Accountable. She shared:
