G.L. Bruno Associates, Inc. is proud to recognize Kara Duran, Marketing Coordinator & Contract Administrator, as our Q4 Employee of the Quarter.
Throughout the fourth quarter, Kara consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, accountability, leadership by example, and a relationship-focused approach. During an especially high-volume period, she cheerfully managed an extensive workload while continuing to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time. Her positive attitude and reliability strengthened both internal operations and external relationships.
Kara successfully coordinated a complex, large-scale event requiring extensive planning, logistics, and communication, all while maintaining her full scope of daily responsibilities. Her efforts resulted in record-setting outcomes and positive feedback. In addition, she strengthened internal workflows by streamlining documentation and improving processes, contributing to faster project readiness and improved efficiency.
Beyond her core responsibilities, Kara independently supported federal contracting efforts, enhanced GLB’s visibility through consistent engagement and outreach, and supported general office operations with professionalism and care. Her ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders has contributed significantly to team morale and organizational cohesion.
