Michael Bogna
Owner, President & CEO
Mike joined GLB in 2001 as a Project Manager and became Vice President of Construction in 2004. In 2023, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. As a Partner and one of the owners of the firm, Mike leads the strategic direction, growth, and overall operations of GLB. Under his leadership, the firm has continued to build on its reputation for delivering complex commercial and healthcare construction projects, including more than 30 medical buildings with their associated tenant improvements — among them numerous cancer centers, imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. Mike is responsible for setting company vision, cultivating client and partner relationships, and guiding the executive team in upholding the standards that define GLB.

Mike is all about spending time and creating memories with his family. Both of his daughters are now in college and thriving, and he takes great pride in their accomplishments. He and his family enjoy vacationing in Hawaii, traveling internationally, exploring California, and attending sporting events together especially the LA Rams. When Mike is not spending time with family, he enjoys working out, running, and woodworking. Mike served in the United States Marine Corps and proudly supports our country’s military and veterans.
