Gary L. Bruno, founder, CEO, and President of G.L. Bruno Associates, Inc. (GLB), has announced that he will be going into partial retirement starting July 1st, 2022. In his early career, Gary served in the U.S. Marine Corps. (USMC) which included a combat tour in Vietnam, eventually retiring from the USMC Reserves with the rank of Lt. Colonel. Following active duty, Gary founded G.L. Bruno Associates which continues to foster access to life-saving healthcare through development and construction of state-of-the-art medical facilities in the San Joaquin Valley and greater California.
Consistent with his belief in the imperative to “Give Back,” Gary also founded the G.L. Bruno Family Foundation which has raised over one million dollars for nonprofit organizations supporting healthcare advancements and providing support to underserved women and children.
Gary will be succeeded by Michael Bogna as President/CEO effective with Gary’s transition. Before joining GLB, Mike had an illustrious career in the USMC and for the past 20 years has served as VP of Construction for GLB. Gary will remain the sole owner of GLB. In parGal retirement, Gary hopes to enjoy more time with his two daughters, four grandchildren, and his dog Bailey.
