GLB developed and constructed this state-of-the-art radiation oncology center as Kaiser Foundation Hospital’s template for its three-vault radiation oncology facilities. The three-vault facility is home to two linear accelerators, including state-of-the-art Trilogy and Gating systems, a CT simulator, and a HDR treatment modality.
Constructed concurrently with EMC's new nursing tower, the EMP design compliments the tower. The building includes the Stanford Emanuel Radiation Oncology Center, the EMC Women's Center, California Oncology of Turlock, an Education and Resource Center, and Medical Offices.

Developed on the Oak Valley District Hospital campus in partnership with the hospital and local physicians, the building design compliments the replacement hospital project scheduled for opening in 2012.

G.L. Bruno Associates is a family-owned development and design/build construction company. For more than 35 years, we’ve specialized in sub-acute health care facilities and other medical projects. We offer comprehensive development and construction services, as well as consulting services for every stage of the process.
In addition to California, we’ve developed projects throughout the western United States, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, and Utah. Our projects are as varied as our clients—who include hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems—but we approach every project with the same dedication to our founding principles.
Gary L. Bruno
President/Chief Executive Officer
Our founder Gary Bruno has over 33 years of real estate development and general construction experience, including development of more than 60 projects, with 1.3 million square feet of commercial property and an additional 80 acres of raw land. In addition to overseeing and guiding all aspects of GLB’s business, Gary focuses on conceptual development, client engagement, financing, and creating budget projections to ensure successful project completions.
Todd Wynkoop
VP. Development
Todd Wynkoop joined GLB in 2004 after a legal career that included work as a Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Navy and a private practice, dealing with financial and health care law. As the leader of GLB’s Development Division, he has overseen the completion of 11 medical facilities, totaling 340,000 square feet. Throughout the various stages of development, Todd oversees project analyses, design development, tenant negotiations, and government relations.
Mike Bogna
VP. Construction
Mike Bogna joined GLB in 2001 before serving a tour of duty as a United States Marine in 2003. After his service, Mike returned to GLB and now oversees all our construction efforts, providing expertise in value engineering and construction processes. He has personally overseen more than 25 complex medical buildings and associated tenant improvements.
Stacy Saenz
Chief Financial Officer
Stacy Saenz joined GLB in 2011 to manage the accounting and finance department as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Stacy directs all aspects of accounting, budgeting, planning, and reporting of financial performance. With over seven years of accounting experience and a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from CSU, Stacy partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies across the organization.
Elizabeth Rojo
Director of Operations
Elizabeth Rojo joined GLB in 2006 as the receptionist and has worked her way up to becoming the Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Elizabeth oversees and manages the day-to-day activities with a focus on the systems and procedures required to accomplish GLB’s mission and goals.
Since then, GLB has grown to become a leader in the development and construction of complex outpatient medical facilities. We’ve worked with countless physicians, medical groups, hospitals, and national healthcare systems. Our breadth and depth of experience and our history of success, means we’re well prepared for all the details of your next project.

For more than 15 years, the foundation’s annual golf tournament has helped raise money for local charities, including Children’s Hospital of Central California–which provides high- quality health care services for children, regardless of their family’s ability to pay–and the Saint Agnes Holy Cross Center for Women, which provides educational services to disadvantaged women and children in downtown Fresno.
